Using Voicework Log

Voicework Log helps contractors capture daily work details and prepare weekly work-order PDFs. You are responsible for the accuracy of customer details, labor, materials, prices, markup, taxes, and every document you send.

Review before sending

Voice transcription and AI organization can make mistakes. Review and correct each work note and PDF before using or sending it. Generated work orders are drafts unless you separately complete legal and tax requirements for an invoice in your location.

Recordings and customer information

You must have the right to upload information and recordings, and follow applicable privacy, recording-consent, employment, tax, and contracting laws.

Accounts

Keep access to your email or phone secure. Sign out of shared devices and tell us promptly if you believe someone accessed your account.

Availability

The service is free during testing and may change as we improve it. Temporary interruptions can occur. Keep copies of records required for your business.

Ending use

You may delete your account from Sign-in options. We may limit abusive, unlawful, or harmful use.
