What we collect

We store the account details, customers, jobs, daily work notes, costs, recordings, transcripts, generated documents, and delivery details you choose to add.

How we use it

We use this information to run Voicework Log: sign you in, turn recordings into editable work notes, save your records, create PDFs, send documents you approve, prevent abuse, and support the service.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting and databases, AI transcription and organization, email delivery, and text sign-in when enabled. They process information to provide those functions. We do not sell personal information.

Recordings and AI

Only record people when you have permission and local law allows it. Recordings and transcripts are sent to our AI provider to create an editable work note. Review the result before relying on it.

Retention and deletion

Your active account records stay available until you delete them. You can delete your account in Account → Sign-in options. This removes active account records and private files. Limited backup or security copies may remain temporarily under provider recovery schedules.

Your choices

You may correct entries, download PDFs, or delete your account. For privacy help, email evaragroupllc@outlook.com.

Security

We use access controls, private file storage, encrypted network connections, and account separation. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
